Merchant of Record
All merchandise sold through the Casual Criminalist store is processed and fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract for merchandise is with Fourthwall. Fourthwall handles payment, fulfillment, and merchandise customer support.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from your delivery date to report a qualifying issue with your order. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
What's Covered
- —Items that arrive damaged in transit.
- —Defective or misprinted items.
- —The wrong item or size shipped due to a production error.
- —Physical defects, such as tears or holes.
- —Print color errors.
What's Not Covered
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or for the wrong size that you selected at checkout. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.
Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Products
Made-to-order and print-on-demand items are produced specifically for your order. These products do not carry a general right of return based on sizing preference or change of mind unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Defective or misprinted made-to-order items remain fully eligible for the free replacement described above.
What You'll Need
To report an issue, include your order number and a clear photo of the defect or damage. The photo should show the garment tag (or the defect itself) clearly, on a flat, well-lit surface.
The Remedy
For qualifying issues, Fourthwall provides a free replacement of the item. A refund is issued instead only in specific cases, such as when an order is cancelled before it enters production.
Refund Timing
When a refund does apply, PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 business hours. Credit and debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- —Use the support or contact link included in your Fourthwall order confirmation email, or the contact form on our support page, and include your order number and photos as described above.
- —Alternatively, email contact@casualcriminalist.channel with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will direct you to the right channel.
Submit your request within 30 days of your delivery date. Refunds, when approved, are issued to your original payment method by Fourthwall.
