All merchandise sold through the Casual Criminalist store is processed and fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract for merchandise is with Fourthwall. Fourthwall handles payment, fulfillment, and merchandise customer support.
Catalog Products
For catalog products, Fourthwall will replace or refund items that arrive with a quality or print defect. If your item is damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, contact Fourthwall support through the link in your order confirmation, or reach us at contact@casualcriminalist.channel and we will direct you to the right channel.
Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Products
Made-to-order and print-on-demand items are produced specifically for your order. These products do not carry a general right of return based on sizing preference or change of mind unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Defective or misprinted made-to-order items are still eligible for replacement or refund — contact Fourthwall support with your order details.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
