All merchandise orders are fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record for the Casual Criminalist store. Fourthwall manages warehousing, packaging, carrier selection, and dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the product, packaging dimensions and weight, and your delivery address. The final shipping amount is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. No shipping cost is binding until you complete your order.

Delivery timelines vary by product type, the fulfillment partner handling your order, and your destination country and region. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout where available. Casual Criminalist does not make specific delivery guarantees independent of what Fourthwall displays at the time of purchase.

Fourthwall sends order confirmation and shipping notification emails to the address you provide at checkout. Tracking information, where available from the carrier, is included in those notifications.
