Shipping & Delivery

All merchandise orders are fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record for the Casual Criminalist store. Fourthwall manages warehousing, packaging, carrier selection, and dispatch.

Every item is made to order. Most orders enter production within 24–48 hours of purchase. Printing, quality control, and packaging typically take an additional 3–5 business days. Specialty items — such as embroidery or multi-part prints — can take longer.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the product, packaging dimensions and weight, and your delivery address, and are always shown at checkout before you pay — there is no shipping fee added after the fact. As a general guide, first-item shipping to the US typically runs $4.50–$9 for lightweight items such as apparel, prints, and stickers, and $6–$9 for mugs, with hoodies costing more; rates to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia are higher. Your exact rate depends on the specific product, destination, and carrier, and is confirmed at checkout.

Fourthwall emails a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may show a temporary pause during the handoff between our fulfillment partner's carrier and your local postal service near delivery — this is normal and does not mean your order is lost.

Most orders shipping to the EU have duty collected at checkout, shown as a line item before you pay, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders to other destinations may be subject to import duties or customs fees charged by the destination country on arrival; these are the responsibility of the customer.
